Not moaning at the season ticket rise, fair enough I think.

But the timing of the two announcements is pretty transparent isn't it. As spin goes that is pretty immature.

I wouldn't call it a hike.

But heyho, each to their own

If that is a hike, I'd guess my trip to the kitchen a minute ago was the equivalent of doing the South Downs Way....

2-5% for adults only, is pretty reasonable when the club has made a massive loss!

Seems sensible. The loss figures give some context to the price rises ???

For those less intelligent I am not moaning about the season ticket price which I think is very reasonable.

I'm moaning at treating us like children.

I don't feel like have been treated like a child. In fact, quite the opposite.

Not really, it's the time of the year when accounts are published and for ST renewals to be announced like the club said.
Would you rather they announced the ST prices in July?

Can you imagine the moans there would have been on here if they announced to season ticket price rise first after the quiet end we had to the transfer window?
I think the club got it spot on with the announcements.

Mine's gone up about 83p per month.

Not a hike, more like a short walk to the fridge

I have some agreement with Giraffe here. The rise isn't the issue (it's very reasonable as he himself has said a number of times). It's the fact it seems that the club feel we need to be fed some bad news in order for a rise to go by entirely unquestioned. That pretty much is treating us like children...
