Is this for your neck or back? If so, have you tried some yoga exercises? Wife had a "frozen" shoulder for ages and tried massagers which didn't work. Has been doing yoga once a week for a couple of months and her shoulder is much better. I have tried some of the exercises and they certainly do the trick, the amount of knots in my shoulders and back have drastically reduced.

Hamstrings, quads, and most especially CALVES.

Without wishing to intrude in your personal life, do you spend a lot of time squatting or on your hands and knees?
No!

My calves and hammies are sore after playing cricket, or any kind of running exercise, tbh.

For the last 6 months or so, I have mostly been standing at work (as I got one of those WOKEY adjustable desks). It has helped with the bad-posture-related back pain, but has added to the calf soreness.

I see. Have you seen an osteopath? I went to see one because of right side neck pain and he almost immediately guessed (correctly) that I'd previously injured my left ankle. It turns out that ankle injury had changed how I walked and carried myself and has caused my neck problem. Gave me some exercises and stretches and so far so good.

I bought this one from Amazon a couple of years ago Amazon product ASIN B082DK1435
It's been great. I was using it after every run when I was marathon training and it definitely helps with muscle aches. Especially for my calves and quads, which get ridiculously tight.

When I was running regularly I got very tight calves. A foam roller (plenty of instruction vids online) used to sort me out every time.

Stretch your calves. Do it regularly. Warm them up first. Then stretch, stretch, stretch.

It’s the only thing that really works.

I believe he has an extensive collection of instructive videos on how to correctly use these devices. I'll do my RESEARCH later.
I’ve been on here now for 6 years and it’s not gone unnoticed that the man’s character has been brought into question multiple times. Be it, midget porn, sex swings or basements, I have to ask, is there a back story here? (I’ve searched NSC Gold and it’s not clear! Was there actually a curry night, something happened and you are now all denying it occurred? What gives?
