Very excited to see CMS given an opportunity in a team which attacks quickly. No idea why Gus signed him and then proceeded to play in a way so totally unsuited to his talents.

I'll be absolutely delighted if CMS is the answer but I'm not convinced he has the ball skills, control, lay off skills or eye for goal at this level. I would love to be wrong though.

All this and he cant finish either. Good at running around. He should have done athletics not football from what i have seen. Only in England could we think that running around makes a footballer.

Strange lot, Brighton fans.
Prepared to rabidly defend a plainly limited striker, week in week out, despite the glaring misses etc.
Yet we have a striker coming back who has genuine pace, worries defenders with his work rate and will score plenty if played in the right way, and they are prepared to slag him off because somebody with a high post count says he runs around a lot.
