Get there early and wait by the burger van. How do you pick him out of all the others?
He will be by HIMSELF and will order TWO DOUBLE BURGERS.

I have now DROPPED the burger act, thank you very much!!!
I do still frequent the Burger Van, as you mentioned. However you will only ever find me purchasing a bottle of Coca-Cola.
