Seriously though IMHO he has done as much for this club by the time he retires as Dick has done from being the 'honest 1% broker' to securing the Amex, overseeing construction and now securing approval for the Training ground.

Sure, but you can't do that while he's chairman, because it's just too weird. It's his ground.

Martin was already a legend, this is just another feather in his impressive cap.
