You can still send your questions for Martin to address or for us to discuss on the show more generally - so you can raise non-Falmer related questions.

Either reply here now and during the show or

email us at studio@radioreverb.com (put Albion Roar in subject heading)

Also on the show we have Goldstone Memories from fan Andy and the usual chat

Martin,
The most recent set of published Club accounts/financial statements (for 2006/7) indicate that the Albion recorded a loss of £2.8M and the total cost of the Falmer project to the club (ie to June 2007) was £3.6M; these figures were also reported in the Argus in May of this year.
Since the stadium will not be owned by the Albion but by a separate company, will the club be able to recover these, and any subsequent Falmer project costs incurred, from the Community Stadium Company (eg as cash, by taking a shareholding in the CSC, etc)?
Thanks again.

Hasn't MP always said that when permission is granted etc the football club would be reimbursed their expenses by the Stadium Owning Company
Could they not have been given some already hence the loan signings this season?

Would be interested in his answer though.

A question for MP. He has said that we will start the work on Falmer in December which is in 8 days time is it still on schedule to commence soon after that date, or will it be after Christmas nearer January.

Finance: now we have started tendering for work can the funding of the whole project be summarised again.

According to the news, banks are not lending much to each other, why would they fund a stadium in times like these.

If we have funding in place, what sort of repayment terms will be required and how will that equate with ticket prices and wage bills (i.e are we more likely the see Zamora re sign or us chasing Woking's next up and coming youngster).

Well done to Martin and the team for sticking with the project, really cannot wait to see our wonderfull stadium rise (or desend into) from the ground.

First time I've tuned in but unfortunately missed the first 40 minutes - really good, well done everyone.

Is it repeated? If not, did MP answer my Q's about fans investing in the stadium and the club recovering the Falmer development costs from the CSC? I tuned in just as MP was talking about the umbrella structure of the operating companies and holding company so I assume the answer to my second question is no?

Martin came across very well perhaps he should be interviewed on radio more so than DK.

Had to turn off after a few minutes of the next program because of the music they played not being my choice. Put sky onto classic fm.

The questioning about the corporate structures and external investment opportunities could probably have gone further, but I guess everyone was already wary of getting even more anorakish.
