when the teams were announced,I took it as a good compliment that Milner, agbonlahor and petrov where on the bench.

I f***ing LOVE Martin O'Neil. Top man.

To be fair, I'm a bit in love with Villa right now. A great welcome, nice friendly fans and a some great players. If only they could have sung a bit more.

MON is a bloody STAR & I really hope he goes on to get the success that I think he richly deserves. Top Banana.

.... and to bring on Milner when Albrighton went down injured. They were 1 up at the time, and he did have some inexperienced subs he could have used.

He has always been a top bloke, would have loved him to be England manager before Sven. Would also love to see him take Villa above (or at least amongst) the "big 4"

Its difficult not to like Villa, they have MON, charity shirt sponsor and are building a decent squad of young English players.. The only thing that lets them down is the colour of their kit, similar to Burnley and West Ham I just dont like it!

Much respect to Mr O'Neil as both a player and a manager and his comments yesterday confirmed that.
