The pre-registration blurb suggested you needed to pre-register to be able to purchase (I thought), but it looks like anyone with the points will be able to purchase. Does anyone know if this is the case? I’m not sure how they could have limited it to those who had pre-registered, so perhaps that’s why.

I read it as anyone who'd registered rather than just anyone. They presumably took an allocation based on the numbers registering, factored for those that will not go.

You can buy your train ticket into the city centre online and it's quicker than queuing up at the airport

There’s no station at the airport, for that you need to take a 10 minute shuttle to get to one.
Easier to just take the L91 Bus direct to St Charles - it’s freeway all the way into the city.
