Whoever owns it will get the market value (before bodies were found) paid to them by the police force. I would be supprised to see it used again. Though if it is owned by the local council they may not have any option but to rebuild it.
How bloody weird to have lived there that long with two poor girls buried in your garden!

It says in the Sun today that "police are dismantling the ex Council house" and are expected to demolish it after the investigation

They were in the Argus last week. Off the top of my head one was in Regency Square, another on the Bristol Estate, the flats near Donald Hall Road, and one was somewhere near Seven Dials, possibly Buckingham Road or something like that. It might have been three, not four actually, I can't remember for certain.

I may have missed it somewhow but, can somebody tell me, if Margate is in Kent, why are Essex police dealing with this case?

The Essex Police Investigative Review Team, regularly reviews all unsolved or unexplained cases of missing people, deaths and sex offences.

I should have mentioned in my post above that the unsolved or unexplained cases are those occurring within the Essex Force area and Dinah McNicol lived at Tillingham in Essex at the time of her disappearance.
