Is it though? he struggles on corner kicks and I’m not just going on last nights shit show. Watch two recent games back West Ham and Wolves he’s let to wide players get the ball on to their preferred foot to get the cross in which cost us dearly.

At the age of 27, he's been given a new role, and the majority of fans, statistical analyst sites https://www.whoscored.com/Players/122926, and media seem to think he's doing a very good job at it. There are bound to be lapses - as you describe. (I re-watched the goals from those games, as you suggested, btw. WHU, he lets one average cross come in, which was dealt with horribly by the keeper and two central defenders. He also was instrumental in both of OUR goals. Again, against Wolves, he lets Neto have a speculative shot from 20 yards, that should be comfortably dealt with, but Sanchez and Burn conspire to **** it up).

But in summary, what you type above is valid, if biased. that's not pathetic.

To write that he 'can't defend' when he's second only to Bissouma in tackles won https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/total_tackle?se=363&cl=131 , fourth on interceptions made https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/interception and on blocks made https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/outfielder_block IS pathetic.

To suggest he 'can't cross' when he has completed the sixth most crosses in the entire league IS pathetic https://www.premierleague.com/stats/top/players/total_cross

To suggest that a player that has made 107 PREMIER LEAGUE appearances in 3.5 PREMIER LEAGUE seasons, is 'not PREMIER LEAGUE quality' is frankly stupid.

Once Stephens and Muzza left the club, the bitches got their claws into Solly.

Always the same. Seems some people need to have a player to hate. I don’t get it. Ashley Barnes before that who wasn’t even good enough for the Championship apparently.

Instead of blaming Solly all the time, watch the game a bit more.
When Solly gets into a crossing position, take a good look at where our forwards are and the runs being made.

Unfortunately our forwards are rarely doing enough.

The two corners against City were inexcusable.
But in general Solly's crosses are to 1 or two static forwards heavily marked by premier league defenses

I still think Solly is on the shortlist for Player Of The Season.

Hopefully some more assists and goals to come. Potter has turned him into a regular starter and is getting the best out of him. Great management.

Was good last match tracked back really well, can get caught on the wrong side sometimes and wonder if his delivery needs to be quicker in thought.

But he is much improved.
