we were thinking of doing something....

via pubs of course....

proposed plan: meet at hove park 9am leave at 9.30. get to withdean sportsman pub, then onto wilmington on carden ave to hikers rest in coldean and then onto ground getting to Falmer for around 1:30...

dont think a march has been arranged but I guess we could see how many are up for it....?:amex::amex::amex:

I think the general consensus is that some people want to do it - but under their own steam. In other words there is no strong desire to be part of some official march with a marked route, stewards, marshals, police, sponsorship, etc.

Also some want to go from the Goldstone to Falmer via Withdean, whereas others just want to make the symbolic trek from Old Ground to New Ground. That's certainly what I'm planning to do.

I'm with brovian on this one. Will be walking from The Goldstone to The Amex directly. Whilst Withdean has been our temporary home, it's the move from our first home to our new home that I want to do and think about a few things (and a few people) along the way. Happy if other people are doing this too (OSR, Lewes Road) but won't be doing it as part of an organised event. Just me, my thoughts and maybe some other Albion fans along the way.
