I reckon he was better than any of those playing for the European and Premier league champions today.

[emoji3531] Solly again.

He’s been reborn this season in his new role. Huge credit goes to Potter as well as I think he’s helped take Solly’s game to the next level.

He was brilliant today.

Superb biting tackles
Sublime passes
Some lovely crosses
two of the worst shot/cross hybrids you could ever wish to see

something for everybody :)

We had the 3 best players on the pitch today, Solly was superb, Bis, exceptional, and Ben White looked so at home out there.

Must have been watching a different game, but apart from the run that ended with Ali failing to head the ball, I thought he was mediocre.

Stopped the ball getting through to Salah after just a few minutes. Was always there or thereabout sticking in and tracking back, looked dangerous - fair enough nothing came of it, but caused problems. Far from mediocre.

"Mediocre" - That's why we can't have nice things.

tbf I am rather drunk....... but I could really see him getting an England call up after that performance.

Really ! I like him as a player but he rarely delivers a decent cross and his shooting is very wayward - apart from Villa. His free kick was poor . He does work hard.

Some proper hard defensive tackles today.

The boy is getting to grips with this role.
No mistake.

Thought he has played well recently. Works hard, makes crucial tackles and covers a huge amount of ground.
