What a difference a month makes.

Massive month finishes with four wins, three draws and two defeats - 15 points from 27.

In a very tight and hectic month, our lads have stepped up to the plate, (most have anyway, substitution strops aside) we have a couple of very good looking players on loan - one of whom wants to come here permanently - and after the nonsense over Christmas have now turned to all face in the same direction, and we've gone from mid-table anonimity to genuine play-off contenders.

A great effort from all concerned.

The lads have all worked bloody hard and all credit to the players, management 7 staff for believing when so many of us didn't.

Let's have some full houses at Withdean, the last few games have seen a change in attitude, it is now the place to be!

Spot on Freddie, the results recently against Forest, Leeds, Donny and Walsall show that we have to be considered serious contenders for the play offs...the squad must be brimming with confidence, well done all concerned.

Hopefully we dont do the typical thing of doing so well against the good sides and go and get beat by Port Vale.

The most curious thing..
We need to finish at least 5th to guarantee a playoff place, in case Leeds get any any points back as a result of any legal case.

If they do, then jump over us into the playoffs as a result, and leave us in 7th, all the good work is for nought.

I think targeting a place is dangerous. We need to be aiming to win all are last games.

Alan, you don't half come out with some tosh and bollocks at times.
This isn't one of them. Agree with every word.

I think everyone would have settled for being 2 points off the play offs with a game in hand come the beginning of April.

I would have settled for being 2 points off the playoffs at the end of May at the start of the season.

We need at least another 10 points though to stand a chance.

After the run-in we had last year, I'd have taken being 2 points of relegation after 40 games this time.
