Shoreham Beach would make sense – there are loads of nice houses there and I think the club have a few are regular/long-term rentals. O'Grady used to live over there, for example.

Alternatively, one of the new places along the riverbank might be an option? You get a good view of the training ground from the penthouses...

I signed up for a free trial of Dazn in Spain yesterday, mainly for the boxing, but while watching the Arsenal Spurs game today an advert for a Marc Cucurella doc was shown in the ad break. There's 2 episodes so far. The first focuses on last season at Getafe and the second his move to Brighton. Hopefully, there are more in the pipeline.
