I'd imagine Brian Owen is close to this one, as he speaks fluent Spanish and can probably have chats with the right people in their own language, which I'm sure helps.

Surely a decent bit of journalism would be something like ‘conflicting reports are coming out of Spain…’, as opposed to completely ignoring having reported exactly the opposite less than a week ago…
