He got a job with Sky Sports Italy on the strength of his veracity on football transfer rumours, he tells what he is told by agents, not a cleaner at the club or someone lower down the chain.

I noted that there was a piece in the papers about Solly March fancying a move to Arsenal, two weeks before he signed a new contract. It's a blunt tool in the negotiation, get player to state publicly that he is open to a move, or spread a rumour of interest from a bigger club.

This is where I am with him. Seems to be the most reliable on transfers. Obviously that reliability increases the closer you get to a sealed deal. Prior to such closure, the info he provides seems clearly to come from agents rather than clubs, and that info is obviously about a negotiation that might be confirmed, and might break down.

Yes, but he does it for most of the bigger clubs around Europe. If you don't find him useful, that's fine, ignore him. On the basis that he's proved himself to be reliable, he's about the only transfer specialist that I'll pay attention to. I also pay attention to Naylor and Owen, because they're also extremely reliable about B&HA.
