If the keeper has his hands on the ball, and an opposition player plays that ball - how 'strong' or 'weak' he is is irrelevant. You can't challenge a keeper who has 'control of the ball'.If the keeper has weak hands in that moment I can’t see why it’s disallowed. He pushes it onto Mitoma’s arm. I still think the result would have been a draw just wondering why keepers get so much protection.
And if it touched Mitoma's arm at all (which it looks like it might have twice), then it is ruled out anyway.
