Two Mendys buys our stadium. And he's one of their backs.

I mean, come on...

Who do we play next week?

Might as well not bother with away games when we turn up with this attitude , it was obvious City would score at least one so we needed to try and score as well. Going to be hard to stay up this season relying on just our home form if Hughton carries on not even bothering trying to win an away match

Man City have spent £775 million on their squad. We did our best under the circumstances and will learn from this. Sometimes it’s difficult to know when you’re being serious or when you’re hiding behind your sausage loving alter ego.

The respectability of the scoreline doesn't mask our lack of ambition. The last two teams to have so little possession and so few shots at City were Chelsea, who got pilloried for Conte's approach that day, and Swansea, who almost finished bottom.

Completely summed up by your own tagline under your username. Tedious chump.

But isn't the point that we are not learning from these experienced?

Our right side of midfield and defence exploited. Man City are the only team to do this in all three games. Normally, it is our weaker left hand side.

But we are learning, we can only play to the strengths and standards of the players we have, and some of those are over achieving. The new players have to gel with the squad and that takes time. We’ve played seven games, four of those against top four teams. What do you expect?

Absolute garbage. We haven't won away since Swansea! The new players will hardly gel if they get 15/20min at the end once we are chasing a game! March is seemingly undroppable, at least in the eyes of CH. Bissouma is seemingly playing too deep, whether by design or circumstance.

They'll be 3 teams worse than the Albion, just.

Absolute garbage? Tell Dan Asworth that. Why would he come here if it’s such a shambles? You obviously know more than Bloom, Barber and Hughton about the running of our club, so best you email them with your words of wisdom. I’m sure they will take your suggestions to heart.

Show me any evidence of what Hughton has learnt ? Nearly a year since an away win, 20% possession doesn't win matches away

Perhaps Ashworth loves a challenge. He transformed England.

Done a Frexit, now in London
Predicted 3-0 as we like to let in 2 and they average 3 a game. Todays result is better than I feared. Some good, some positive to take. Shame we didn't try something new other than Locadia who at times also looked good but didn't really have much to go on.
West Ham look good, don't think they'll be letting us put 3 past them sadly.

He learnt enough to keep us up last season. He has a squad worth a fraction of City’s and yet it wasn’t an embarrassing defeat. When you get £50m players passing to £70m players you’d expect a 90% passing accuracy. We achieved 60% accuracy, something to improve. We have 5 points from seven games, four of those against top four teams. Last season Palace had zero points after seven games. Hughton has learnt that players have personal problems and does all he can to help and keep squad morale together. How many Premier league managers give a toss about anyone else but themselves? What had Chris Hughton learnt? He’s learnt that he’s come to a club who have a fan as an owner, a fantastic infrastructure, a group of players from youth to first team who bond together and have a singular aim to move the club forward, an amazing stadium and Academy and last, but not least a fan base who have been through absolute shit in the past but are now 100% behind the club. (with a few exceptions)
