I take it you still have to post your actual predicted score when voting other, as there seems to be more people voting other than there are posting scores not on the list. If you get my drift.

This is how far we have come. A BBC headline not about how we might spring a surprise, or how we might create difficulties for Man City - but....

I do these with a neutral head. So I'm going 5-2 Man City.

Followed up by a monumental win over Ajax.

Strap yourselves in.

Albion (6th) travel to champions Manchester City (3rd) for a good old-fashioned Saturday 3pm kickoff. The Seagulls were humbled on their last Premier League road trip, leaving Villa Park on the wrong end of a 6-1 scoreline. Manchester City have lost their last two Premier League games, which hasn't happened since the late 1890s or something. Both of those defeats were away from The Ethiad, where they remain imperious with three wins from three in the Premier League so far this campaign, scoring eight and conceding just once.

Head to head we have met 30 times, winning 5, drawing 6 & losing 19. City won the corresponding fixture 3-1 last season, with the sides playing out an entertaining 1-1 at the Amex in the return.

Ominously, Albion have never won away at Manchester City.
