Dowie for me, done well on no money, likes teams to play, knows the division, would fit in well. Kinnear is too mercenary (just ask Luton or Oxford fans) and Cotterill is too long ball.
Edited to add this is only if SC goes as he is still far and away the best choice. You left out Tony Adams.
