Pretty poor and all a risk.

Is what it is.

Sherwood from that

This 10 times over - I would find it incredibly hard to support this muppet. I dislike him intensely.

If Lennon gets the job, I stop support in Brighton til he's gone, no great loss to the club, I know.

I would rather have Dougie Freedman and Ian Holloway as joint managers and Terry Venables with Steve Coppell as joint directors of football, than have that odious little **** anywhere near my football club!

But as you say 'my football club'. No matter who is manager, it'll always be your club. Simply disliking or not approving of a manager will never alter that. Will it?

Five names now. Incidentally Oscar left his old club for personal reasons as did Garde. Hughton has the experience of managing in England (Hughton), but not delivering entertaining football.

Sherwood I think is riskier because he doesn't have a lot of management experience, Garde has worked alongside Gerrard Houlier and was considered as Director of football for Arsenal. I don't think we are what Lennon is looking for, potentially mutual. I'm not sure what Neville adds over and above the others, more of a less experienced and dull version of Garde.

So I'm guessing the short(er) list is Garde, Hughton and Sherwood. Then you have to ask why have Sherwood when you can have the experience of Hughton? For me that leaves the short list to Hughton and Garde. Hughton I'd guess can get a bigger job.

My word that is a poor selection.

I truly hope 'mystery candidate 4' is way better.

Better than the other 3 ( just in my opinion ).

All managers leave. If you don't like the one in charge, you just have to hope they move on quickly.

They will always be my club and I will happily return to the fold after he has gone, but I could not and will not support a club that has any involvement with this man, he is possibly the only person in football I feel this strongly against, and would seriously have concerns about our recruitment process, one which we are constantly reminded is extremely thorough!

I don't want to drag this thread down a political route so I am not going to expand on my reasons but I'm sure many of you will already know them.
