That might just be a cyst, or some cancer growing.

I had that and it turned out to be swollwn tonsils, f***ing painfull to swallow.

Got to your docs and they will be able to tell you what it is.

If it is what i had then you will need to get it popped with a scalpal and all the PUSS will go into your mouth and it tastes like crap!

but it could be something else!
