I like Harry, and I like the restraint shown by tottenham financially. Someone new is breaking into the top four this year, and if they can do so without a multi-billionaire backing them, I think it would be great. I just can't bring myself to support spurs.
Everton broke into the top four a few years back and the following season they didn't. Man City, with their rich owners, are in a better position than tottenham to retain a top four position the next year. Thy have the budget to offer huge wages to bring in the talent, they just need champions league football to appeal to them too.
