Trains will be running but get the feeling that Southern may not lay on extra long trains for it as club are really pushing driving for this match. Seagulls Travel are running some coaches for it though.

They have advised everyone to stay in their seat at the final whistle to reduce the crowds. Surely if everyone adhered to that we would all be stuck there. Forever...

Given how the atmosphere was with just 2,000 at the Chelsea game, I’m pretty confident the atmosphere will be superb.
The Chelsea game was slightly different as it was mostly fans that regularly go to away games that went to it so it was always going to be noisy - the Southampton and Sheff Utd games were quite a bit quieter (even before we were losing)
Agreed. That will also mean people arriving later than they normally would. If beers were on sale then I certainly would have got there at least an hour before kick off.

No surprise at all, we struggled to sell out at a capacity of 2500, it will all be very different next season.

Only reached ST holders not even members and it’s basically sold out - knew it would easily go to tier 3 - end of season game with not much on it and many will just wait for next season. No criticism or judgement needed - the game is going to sell out comfortably!
This. And there are still plenty of people who may not want to risk their health or who might be really struggling for money. Judging no shows is basically judging those who've been the worst hit by the pandemic.

Reasons I know of as to why people couldn’t be arsed:
- In a 3/4 empty stadium, sitting away from others.
- Playing a team built on financial cheating, who always beat little old Brighton since the cheating began. A proper contest would imho been more attractive eg Newcastle.
- Pricing of tickets in the £40’s and £50’s was a turn off.
I suppose being live on TV doesn’t help.

I too had this weird thing about approaching the age at which my dad died. I've now gone four years past him and all the strange stuff in my head has gone.
