Annoying. As usual. Hoped to go to Bournemouth but can’t do Sunday. No doubt City will get switched back to Weds but we’ll still be stuck with no Saturday game.

*Should Pep Guardiola’s team be scheduled to play in the Champions League on 30 April, our match against them will be moved to Wednesday 23 April, kick-off 8pm.

Weds isn’t the 23rd…

Typo with the potential change of date! Tuesday is 23rd April. Wednesday is 24th. Assuming they mean Wednesday 24th April.

So they want to play it on the Thursday rather than the Wednesday as Sky don't want Brighton vs City and Everton vs Liverpool to clash on TV on the same night unless its totally unavoidable. That can be the only reason as there is no other logic for not scheduling it on the Wednesday night anyway and avoiding mucking the fans around by shifting the game with less than a weeks notice, as I assume UEFA won't confirm the Champions League Semi Final order of play until the 18th at the earliest.

FVCK SAKE I need to arrange stuff that week and now I am having t keep ALL 3 dam days clear because it isnt clear it could be the Tues or the Wed. I read it as the Wed but it could be the Tues. Hopefully someone at the club can confirm though im off to the Man C site to see if they have clearer communications here! If it were Tues 23rd we could do something special at the Amex and celebrate St Georges Day at the same time.

Man City OS says Wed 24th: "Our trip to face Brighton & Hove Albion is now scheduled for Thursday, 25 April with a 20:00 (UK) kick-off.
This game will be broadcast live on Sky Sports in the UK – though the fixture will be moved to Wednesday 24 April, kick-off 20:00 (UK) if City make the UEFA Champions League semi-finals and are requested to play on Tuesday 30 April."
