I imagine she just got the names Cliff Michelmore and Malcolm Muggeridge muddled up somehow, much in the way that Bobby Robson used to muddle Shola Ameobi and Carl Cort.

Bobby Robson used to muddle Bobby Robson and Bryan Robson.

Team hotel, Mexico 1986.

Bobby, at the front desk, calls Bryan Robson's room to tell him everyone else is on the coach, saying: 'Let's go, Bobby.' Robson comes out of the lift a minute or two later and says: 'Ready boss, but I'm Bryan....you're Bobby.'

A mate of mine used to be a producer for Sky News and when I asked him how on earth she still had a job he said that was what everyone who worked there said on a regular basis. This was about 5 years ago too.
