Quite what an article from 2016 has got to do with anything,I really don't know. The official Renault entries finished 15th and 16th.

Nope you've lost me, what engine was in today's winning car? What has the Renault teams cars got to do with it?

Red Bull prepare the Renault-provided engines themselves, and brand them Tag Heur.1st and 3rd,compared to 15th and 16th,would suggest a slight difference!

I'd suggest the chassis is the biggest difference not a bit of engine tuning. It's a Renault supplied engine however you dress it up.

My original point was that a Renault engine is likely to be better than a Honda one. Honda's complete feck up over the last two years would seem to back that up. Maybe McLaren should tune it themselves?

There is a massive gulf in the quality of drivers at Red Bull and Renault too!

So somebody's hobby team has better drivers than one of the biggest car manufacturers in the world?Don't be a silly billy!Honda are finally managing to catch up with the game and will be far better next season. If the Honda works in the Toro Rosso, then Red Bull will ditch their current supplier very quickly.
