I lived in Bradford for three years - I was at uni there. It was a fantastic place to live when I was there and would have stayed if I could have found a job.

Been back several times since and it always looks rather depressing. A friend of mine who lives just outside the city says the place has gone seriously downhill in the last 20 years. Sad.
