1. playing henderson
2 not bringing on a sub on 90 minutes to waste time and maybe getting a point hes done it before.
3. although not tried b4 he could of brought elder on for 10 minutes and gamble to go 4 the win not replace gatting on the right side of midfield with mayo a leftback.

So he should have bought Elder on to go for a win or a substitute on to play for a draw.

must admit his subs vs carlisle were curious to say the least. suppose when you start with 3 up front though it limits a bit

Need some senior pro's in that team , we are crying out for that at the mo

I think "mistakes" is a tad harsh, but "major mistakes", hmm.

The mistake i thought that Deano made was to start 4 5 1

The whole team were not at the races to day and methinks that one or two of them already had their heads at West ham

Agree on both points.

If you look at the results/performances since the draw it does make you wonder if it has distracted them a bit.

I just think we have looked tired recently, going back to Cheltenham, and this is due to the young players not being seasoned to a full League one campaign. The team needs a couple of senior players to come in and provide some stability. Easier said than done but I am hopeful of some loan players or signings coming in to do just this.

If you have an international goalkeeper at a club like the Albion you either start him or cash in and sell him. Since Wilkins has chosen the former I don't have a problem.

The REALLY stupid thing to do would be to keep him on the bench.

I think the one mistake Wilkins made was not to realise after about 10 minutes that we had lost the midfield and brought on Lynch or Mayo alongside Butters and put El Abd back into midfield.
