The ten minutes prior he was so poor.

He was doing my nut in. Surprised he has so many fans. He can be neat and tidy but he can also be a totally casual space cadet and always does it at the worst times.

He was at best broadly competent until he started giving it away lazily and then got sent off.

The worrying thing is he can look good for 45-55 minutes, then his sharpness mentally and physically just goes.

Agree with this..maybe the lack of 90 mins he’s played so far? He made a couple of lovely passes especially in the first half and the shot in the second but after that looked done. He seems to have the talent but needs to be more consistent.

But it’s not a given - the defending for their goal was poor, Mitoma drifted away from his man. Many things had to happen for that goal, and having an extra man unlikely made any difference.

Let alone our inability to score a second goal while at home (again).
