YEAH that MUST be it.

It's not possible that people are losing faith in McGhee.

People may be losing faith in him but it doesn't change the fact we have got him till the end of this season. And, if we stay up, for the remainder of his contract.

Who should it be directed at, the players, the chairman?

I wouldn't mind betting that all the Magoo out brigade are the sort of individuals that divorce, chuck their birds, throw a sickie at work, etc. The sort of people that would rather throw away what they have for something new (and largel unknown) rather than try and make what they have work better.

Sure it would be easy to say lets ditch Magoo and get someone else in. But until this is a) affordable and b) a replacement is identified, we have to work with what we've got.

I can't afford a divorce and there isn't a queue of tasty chicks waiting to shack up with a middle-aged geezer like me - so I stick with my wife and we work out our troubles TOGETHER ...
Magoo and his players must do likewise.

In any job it is the employers responsibility to provide the tools of the trade to its workers. MMs tools of his trade are players, the board are his employers not just DK.

You wouldn't expect a lorry driver to continue driving a lorry that keeps breaking down and letting him down you would expect the firm to buy another one better than the old.

Since when, a good workman buys his own.

A good workman never blames his tools.

The main thing to me is that when MM joined we have a great team spirit and now that seems to be be all f***ed up.MM seems to be a shite man manager but hey if he keeps us up I will love him being a typical fickle bastard:lolol: :lolol:

The team seems to lack organisation at the moment and letting in stupid goals and missing good chances, the one today that robinson blazed over the bar need to be put away and most chances like that do.

These daily polls are utterly pointless as the same people will vote the same way as they did the last time and the time before that.

Exactly and even then we still have the same team.

Give him till at least the end of the season.I bet that if we go down MM will resgin as he has stated many times the championship is the lowest level he wants to manage at.DK knows this so if MM keeps us up great but if we go down MM will fall on his sword and DK yet again will escape the fans anger.
