The presenter has had to defend him on Twitter after he got tons of abuse.

As a young kid one of our group's playgrounds was Shoreham Harbour. I trod on a nail protruding through a plank. Straight through my shoe and into my foot. The worst part was trying to pull it back out.

Just a tip just in case it happens again , do not try to pull the plank of wood through your foot you may get a nasty splinter , i'm not going to charge you for that nugget of info because we have now signed super super Glen .
