And personally I think she should have the right to wear a cross at work, the same as a muslim should have the right to not serve pork or alcohol if that is their personal belief and it can be accommodated by the business . Interesting that there wasn't a 20+ page thread about the Christian fighting the system on the grounds of a religious belief, I wouldn't imagine taking a case to the ECHR is cheap and I would suspect it was legal aid funded.

Devil's advocate says she failed to comply with a reasonable demand as laid out to her in her terms of her employment. The alcohol & pork thing needn't be part of a job at retail giant M&S, that's been my point since the "yawn" on page 1.
