[Albion] Luton tickets

I purchased Luton tickets when they first came on sale but haven’t received them yet, was wondering if anyone else has the same issue or anyone have any suggestions? Assume will have to call the club tomorrow and organise collection at Luton as I’m in Tunbridge wells so getting to the Amex to pick up tomorrow isn’t an option

Though when booking it states only one area is unreserved seating it does appear all the areas are. Can anyone confirm this?
