Assume Stoke points haven't been added yet?
Yes, but it's not fair is it. Someone on 380 surely deserves to have a better chance of going than someone on 246. Given there will be three sales as well, the queuing system will be in place so chances are the person on 380 misses out.My view on this, and I might ask, is the club structure it like this...
- Tier 1: Narrow. Everyone guaranteed a ticket, so tier 1 = the number of tickets available.
- Tier 2: Wide. Give a lot of people a chance of going. Essentially a ballot/lottery of a large group of remaining fans.

Ps) I'm on 400+ so I'm alright Jack but this isn't fair.
I get there may be time pressures, but in which case why not stick in a 2pm window for say 320+ ?
Exactly this, poor all round.Poor from the club.
They've lazily rounded up all tier 2's into one bucket based on the average of 3 games. No special tony algo for this set. Really unfair on those just below 380 (like me !!)
I don't understand why they need to sell 3 games all at the same time as well.
Whilst I'm not disagreeing with you, what would you do?Yes, but it's not fair is it. Someone on 380 surely deserves to have a better chance of going than someone on 246. Given there will be three sales as well, the queuing system will be in place so chances are the person on 380 misses out.
Good point.Poor from the club.

They have soooo many complaints about this system as well ! They keep screwing up on this.Exactly this, poor all round.
Maybe put a 1000 there. Or at least have it nuanced per game. Lazy to have it the same for all 3.Whilst I'm not disagreeing with you, what would you do?
How many fans would you put in the tier 2 bucket, which is a mad scramble for the leftovers?
I've asked.@Bozza it would be helpful to understand their thinking on this if you are able to get a club view?
What they're effectively saying is that the top tier is nailed on, loyalty scheme works for those super loyal fans, but anywhere between 246 - 380 doesn't matter, they're all the same. That seems more than a little odd.
No doubt there are timescales and admin reasons but I';m struggling to get on board with that really when they could easily do two tiers in a day, and the games are several weeks away.
Therefore have they decided after the first tier it doesn't matter, and therefore theoretically someone on 380 points who has done many more miles than someone on 246 points should have the same chance. I don't think that is how the loyalty point scheme was set up to run personally.
I’ve already got West HamNor West Ham
It did last season but there weren't many left at that point.Do we think spurs will get to season ticket holders?
