Left overs half the time, homemade sandwiches the other. If a sandwich is £2 out, can spend a good £1 per day on decent bread + decent fillings and still save money. A piece of fruit is cheap (7-9p banana anyone), maybe a yoghurt, or 8 for £1 sausage roll thrown in. Cold sausage from Sunday morning fry-up remains along with a bacon sandwich on a cold monday is lush.

Some enterprising Indian restaurant in the city delivers to our business park every day....as its the closest im going to get to 'English' food, its what I normally eat...its crap compared to most curries (adapted to Czech taste, ie no heat) but must admit, I didnt think id be eating curry on a daily basis here.
