Ive had this lump in my neck just above my collar bone for nearly a month now, it's about a pea size but hasnt got any smaller at all , it doesnt hurt either but I'm starting to feel more and more tired? Has anyone had any experience like this , is it worth going to the doctors ?

YES definitely! Could be something and nothing but best to get checked out. If its round that's normally a good sign - sinister lumps are normally irregular in shape x

Sounds like a lymph node, they usually get swollen after an infection and can stay that way for weeks or even permanently, it is worth getting it checked out, but wanted to reassure you.

May be lymph / nothing, but if you are feeling more and more tired without reason and are feeling nauseous without reason with or without a lump, you DEFINITELY need to get checked out. Get off the computer and book an appointment NOW. Even if it just for peace of mind.

Got to get a blood test booked, not much the doctors could do.
