Got to get a blood test booked, not much the doctors could do.

What did the doctor say about the lump? Get your bloods done - you can normally just drop in to the hospital with the form the dr has given you and then your results will go back to the dr's. The blood test won't hurt a bit - you will just feel a little prick!!!! LOLLOLOLO

Seriously honey - get the bloods done and let us know how you get on xx

Ive had this lump in my neck just above my collar bone for nearly a month now, it's about a pea size but hasnt got any smaller at all , it doesnt hurt either but I'm starting to feel more and more tired? Has anyone had any experience like this , is it worth going to the doctors ?

Doctor immediately !!!!!!! Don't wait about mate could be nothing but a cyst etc but could be ??? Well you know !
So go now straight away !!!

I had a lump under the skin by my neck a couple of years ago. It was just a lipoma, a build up of fatty deposits in one place. Had it cut out, no problems :)

Well I've looked it up on t'internet and I'm afraid to tell you that it says you're toast - that's the great thing about the internet - it's never ever wrong. All you have to do is type something in and it tells you more than your GP will ever know (mind you we all know that GP's know sod all anyway!). Don't bother with the blood tests - my computer says you won't have time to get the results anyway. Go out and get pissed. Have mad passionate sex (even if it's only with yourself). Enjoy your last moments. Shame you won't get to see the Albion play the Toon but never mind. We will all be thinking of you. Or we would be if we weren't too busy chasing down rumours of new signings and practising songs for Palace away! :) :)

Does that mean you'll have a spare ticket for Saturday's game, can I have first dibs?

Sounds like a lymph node, they usually get swollen after an infection and can stay that way for weeks or even permanently, it is worth getting it checked out, but wanted to reassure you.

This sounds like what I had a few years ago. I had a few lumps above my collar bone as described in the OP. Went for scans and blood tests but all ok and as above it was put down to lymph nodes. They took months to reduce and slowly disappear but all ok.
