We aren't linked with this guy yet but we will be (unless he has some secret deal done with another club) so might as well get thread up early.
He is a 20-year-old Uruguayan international, primarly right footed but good with both feet, set piece specialist, hothead, maverick, great crosser. Mainly operates as a RW but able to play in all attacking roles.

Linked with Sunderland & Feyenoord last year but too good now. Also linked with City Group a few months ago but I imagine they have bigger priorities.

£20m would probably be enough to lure him away.

When Sunderland were linked in ten January window, the price was 3.5 million. He must've had a good few months!

Osman is just as good as this guy in my opinion if we want back-up to Mitoma and Adingra.

However, I’m hoping our next manager will push our recruitment people towards this guy if we need another (left footed) winger….

Let's hope Hutchison is coming in with McKenna. We know Chelsea will sell their academy products.

I was thinking that, but there are rumours he's being loaned to Stuttgart.
IMHO we need to be going all in for players like Hutchinson.
We have the money and we've seen with Wharton that any young English player playing even half a season at this level sees an almost exponential increase in their value.

I wonder though if that's Chelsea's thinking too; A season playing CL football with Stuttgart, will increase his value further. They seem to have circumnavigated FFP by just selling land and property assets to themselves, and surely will continue to do so until that loophole closes.

According to reports in Spain he's in advanced negotiations with Girona. Well, really with City Football Group.

Don Fab says it's 15m€ for 70% of player's rights.
