Kazenga LuaLua is back with Albion.

Newcastle have allowed the on-loan winger to return south so that the Seagulls can look after his recovery from a long-term hamstring tear.

Manager Gus Poyet has not ruled out the possibility of LuaLua playing again for Albion this season.

Mmm, the lad must like it down here. Could it possibly give an indication that we will sign him permanently?

I really do hope so, cos if we can develop the crossing side of his game, then he really will be a gem.

Indeed. I would say we have had Newcastle's permission to bring him back and to discuss a permanant deal with the lad also. Good stuff.

10 degrees warmer down here in general, better for recovery.

Decent sized medical department as the club these days.

there must be - if i were newcastle and looked at our past record of getting players back from injury, especially the amount who have retired under our medical guidance in the middle of last decade, id have kept him WELL away!

just another example of how the club is moving forward under t'bloom

I would definetely agree with others that this bodes very well and points to the fact that an agreement seems to have been met for next season, whether it be a loan or full transfer.

How much u reckon Newcastle would want for lua lua?

I really like Lua Lua and hope he stays. But it is a little strange that we will paying to rent a house/hotel suite for him when he not going to play. I just hope this means that the fee is agreed and he now has time to look for somewhere to live etc, Poyet did say he wanted to do his summer business on the day the window opened

They probably thought he'd be safer down here than up there with Joey Barton, Steven Taylor and Andy Carroll around.

Newcastle always have a busy treatment room so it would'nt suprise me if they ran out of space so shipped him back down here!
