So this Loan to Buy - anyone know what the details are?

Presumably Newcastle have to sell if we want him, so a fee must be agreed?
Lua Lua has to sign a contract with us if we want him, so his salary and bonuses must already be agreed and not be re-negotiable in January; and he can't go off touting his wares to any other team?
and finally, I presume Brighton has to buy him if he's medically fit, even if he has turned out to be complete cack?

I'm not surprised this has taken so long, it must be a very complicated deal

Rarely have I a seen a player with the ability to get people off their seats evey time he gets the ball.

He's going to love that great big pitch and the buzz around the ground when he picks up the ball and starts running is going to be unreal. The excitement and atmosphere that this new team is going to create is going to be extraordinary.
