It's all very well being in the local newspaper but I think when SSN put it on the rolling ticker thing, it confirms that a deal must be bloody close.

Nothing much has changed on the face of it. SSN are presumably just reporting on the quotes that appeared in the Argus, although that in itself was a significant step forwards.
