Only 3 people are saying their points have disappeared; all 3 are 1901. That's getting mighty close to a trend.

Just logged in to find out my loyalty points.

You need to go in through tickets.brightonandhovealbion.com.

Use your existing fan number.

My old password did not work. I requested a new one and the system immediately e-mailed me with a link. I have now set up a new password.

I was then able to access my points total - 200 season ticket holder points plus half of last years accumulated points - 192 net. I now start with 392 points.

Hopefully this will mean no problems at nine o'clock tomorrow.

I am STH, did 13 away and all the FA cup home and away run, But not some of the 15 point games like Liverpool and Newcastle. Probably 4 or 5 more away than the first season.
