[Albion] Loyalty Points no longer showing when logged in?

I’ve logged into my account via the app and website and my loyalty points are not showing as before.

Anyone else having this issue before I email the club?

Click on your name and they’re shown under ‘my profile’

Thanks but that doesn’t seem to be the case with mine.

Tip your phone sideways into landscape and you get a “desktop” view which shows the points.

*edit* when on the website on mobile. No idea about the app

You need to be logged into the ticket portal within the app, not just the BHAFC app, then click on your own name (as circled)

I’m definitely logged into my as it says my name and fan number at the top of the page. (I scrolled down before taking a screenshot to avoid posting my details!)

It will. You can be logged into the app, but you then have to log in separately to the ticket part of the app

No need to phone anyone. As I posted above it’s just the mobile view of the site that’s causing it. Tap on the “hi Darren” and it takes you to your account details page with the points

Ignore me, I wasn’t logged into the ticketing part on the app. Logged in and can see them now. It’s not immediately obvious you aren’t logged in when looking at the ticketing part of the app tho.

You can see them on the app - press the ticket button, then ‘home games’ or one of the other options - you’ll then need to log in to myalbion digital to be able to purchase ………at which point clicking the three horizontal lines will bring up your name (as in the pic I posted above)

I can confirm that @dazzer6666 ‘s method does work
