Loyalty Points Concern

The point is that the loyalty points won't be needed for most games, but the 100 points aren't going to be worth anything for the BIG ones as those with over 1000 will probably take the full allocation.

So to summarise, points not needed most of the time, only STHs etc will have sufficient for the biggies, so why waste time with 10 points here and there ?

Having some points will put you ahead of those with none. There are several possible scenarios where you would want to be ahead of the great unwashed and where people would moan if they were on a par with those who've "not been to a game since the 1991 playoff final".

yes, but then anyone clued up knows that, no ones going to be happy what ever happens , you can see that as clear as day light , you might as well set up a section now for people to have a moan on

People need to realise Brighton & Hove Albion are moving on. We are now a Premiership club in all but status. The club are not going too swayed by a small minority suggestion that new initiatives aren’t quite correct or fair.

We all have to move on and embrace the new Albion and enjoy the ride. The board have obviously sat down and come up with a formula they think is best.

The Albion can't play to everyone’s tune. This scheme personifies Albion's loyalist fans. Those that spent a fairly large amount of cash to sit in a ramshackle stadium, occasionally in the rain and often watching dreadful football

The Albion is moving on. Move with them.
no, , all comes down to who's got the money in the end , it isn't cheap travelling these days ............... wake up !!

How does a non STH build up points in the first place? Say they have 0 now. Almost seems like a catch-22, need "history" to get a ticket, need tickets to build up a history :D I assume they have to take chances with the 900 on general sale and/or any exchange system?

Do pray tell what these possible scenarios are likely to be next season, where 100 points will be worth having

As others have said, I fear loyalty points will be next to useless for non-STH. There's just so many STH that others either won't get a look in, or the game will practically be general sale. There's certainly no hope of catching a STH that attends few games on loyalty points.

One significant scenario could be if home tickets are offered to those with points ahead of those with none. It would seem to make sense to me to do that.

Another could be for Cup away games with high capacity away ends.

Some non-STHs may opt to get a STH who's not attending a game to get them a ticket in their name, thus exacerbating the problem.

What the Beach Soccer World Cup? What you don't think the Albion are now paralell with Premier League status.

No of course I don't. We've not been a top division side for almost 20 years - how can you say we're on a parallel with clubs at that level? Just because we've got a decent stadium doesn't mean we're a top side - look at Coventry, Southampton, MK Dons etc for proof of this. Even Arsenal have become worse since they moved to The Emirates...

As it stands, we're quite rightly considered a Championship club. However, we've lost our two best players so far, and replaced them with one good player and an unproven Championship player.

I would be very happy with a mid-table finish this season - anything over that is unrealistic.
