It's good to see lots of well informed readers letters in Saturdays Argus. What if we all send one up until the Labour conference, you can do it online(just enter argus into Google UKsites).:)

I've sent mine. Don't forget your name and adress, and phone number, or they won't print them.

Sad to report tho, that even some of the pro-Falmer views are from care in the community cases. Fr'instance, the one in today's paper from one Roy V Hillard of Old Shoreham Road entitled 'Attract Men'. And I quote:

'Brighton needs a top-class football side so visiting teams with their supporters can provide the necessary manly men the city is so lacking at the moment. The "Girlie Man" - Arnold Schwarzenegger's words, not mine - is infiltrating the top jobs of the city's police, the council and The Argus and it is not a favourable situation'

And on that bombshell...

I see Question Time is being recorded in Brighton on Thursday week (the 30th).

You can apply online via the BBC website - and propose your question there.

Hopefully, after the march, they will be interested in hearing more about Falmer.

What about the one from Mrs JM Page though? Saying that the stadium will also be used for pop concerts. I almost chocked on my bacon
