Duplicate tickets are issued before the day of the match. On the day of a match, a duplicate may be issued at the discretion of the Club Secretary for lost, stolen or misplaced tickets. A deposit of £20 will be payable. This deposit is refundable on production of the complete original ticket within one month of that match taking place.

The 'high' fee was put in place to avoid 'friends' sharing tickets. With there being mostly plenty of spare seats at the majority of games the 'friend' could shuffle into a seat that's not occupied.

I turned up to Brentford game without my ticket, lost after it was rearranged, they printed a duplicate and said normally they charge but they let me off this once. Maybe they'll let you get away with it too

Just hope they don't see that you've been trying to buy cheap tickets in the ticket exchange, or they might think you're trying to get in for the cheapest way possible!

I'll be very annoyed if I end up not going after failing in the ticket exchange, buying a full price ticket, and then losing it.
