You’d think they would try to get DNA in some way, which would prove it or disprove it conclusively.
Indeed - I was asking for that as soon as they found the old man.

Times have clearly changed at the Beeb, when I went on Pointless with my lad in 2015, they made me take my Lacoste jumper off 😂

As for the prog, have watched the first two, I’m not sure it is Junk, his Mum was murdered and as a recall as a kid, and later mentioned in various documentaries, the victim was almost a side issue, it was about Lucan and his mates whisking him away after he did it, he’s only trying to get his own personal closure and some kind of justice for his Mum.

Obviously the Beeb will have paid exes, but I doubt, and hope they haven’t made money out of it.

Maybe Episode 3 will tell us everything we need to know?
Yes - the programme wasn't really about Lucan in the end. It was about the builder, and how obsession develops and takes over our lives. I found it quite fascinating - regardless of the inconclusive ending.

Funny enough I only watched it today, I found it quite entertaining. I felt sorry for him how his obsession was literally eating him up also as he’s the same age as me I would hate something taking over my life like that.

Just watched it and Neil is a Walter Mitty in denial. No doubt he was well paid for it though

There is no way that senile old man was Lord Lucan. The moment he opened his mouth it was blindingly obvious that he was not British aristocracy.
