I think he was perfect for Poyets ponderous, slow build up, keep ball game. I think the pressing and more direct football Oscar is trying to play is taking Lopez well out of his comfort zone.
When he was switched to the middle tonight he disappeared completely.

Yeh lets hope Gus comes & gets him in Jan then we can get a player who is actually interested in playing for us. He sure as hell hasn't yet this season.

His performances this season have been such a great way to pay back the fans that adopted him as a cult hero and campaigned to get him a new deal.
