TBF to Palace fans, this has been universally condemned by their fans on Twitter.

It appears that the commercial team at Palace have either done zero due diligence, or are incredibly stupid (or both)

Any gambling adverts, that will be seen by children should be banned, end of. Gambling addiction destroys families quicker and more devastatingly than alcohol or drugs. If you lose a family member to drugs it is devastating. If you actually lose a family member to gambling it potentially destroys the future of every dependent within the family. Yes in moderation, I understand gambling can be fun but when it actually gets hold of someone they can literally lose their shirt, house, family and sometimes their life. Why would anyone think advertising to children is in any way good. If Brighton ever did this I’d have to actually stop supporting the club until the sponsor was removed. Genuinely Feel sorry for Palace fans, we should actually be stepping across the divide to support them against this.

Steady on! One of their fanbase was calling Dunk a rapist on fascist twitter once again yesterday, and then threatening violence on those who called him out on it.
I should add that there wasn't a single Palace fan calling him out.

Sure, but two wrongs don’t make a right. Some issues are bigger than sporting rivalries. Betting sites shouldn’t be allowed to advertise to kids and I would happily lend my support to any club that wanted this type of sponsorship removed.
